Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our natural products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then make an evaluation and make any appropriate corrections.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will then inform you if refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you depending on your Bank.
